What to write about
- Problems with the extension. If Ticky missed a trade or showed something wrong, type “debug” in Ticky's chat and include what it says. It lists what Ticky noticed on the page, never your account.
- Your account and data. To see what Ticky holds about you, or to delete it, write from the email you signed up with. You can also delete everything yourself on the dashboard, under “Your data”.
- Early access and feedback. Ideas, platforms you want supported, and anything that confused you.
Ticky can't give trading or investment advice, and won't answer questions about what to buy or sell.
